온도에 민감한 상품
Botulinum toxin products are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs. Ice packs may melt and products may arrive warm during international transport. Refunds or reshipments are not offered for melted ice packs, warm arrivals or shipping and customs delays.
Check the product-specific storage and destination requirements before arranging an order. Contact our team about a temperature concern; packaging alone is not a guarantee of an uninterrupted cold chain.
