Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Request authorization and dispatch the return within 7 days of delivery. Contact us promptly with your order number and reason; wait for the return instructions before sending anything.
Return all components and gifts. You pay return postage; shipping charges are nonrefundable. Missing gifts or components, altered stickers and damaged packaging can reduce the refund. Used, damaged or otherwise unacceptable returns may be refused.

We inspect the return and tell you whether it is approved, partially refunded or rejected. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Applicable return postage may be deducted. If a refund is missing, check with your card issuer or bank, then contact us.

Report damage or a defect within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos and a description. We arrange a refund or replacement where approved. Exchanges are for the same defective or damaged product. Later claims are not eligible.

If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, contact the carrier and tell us within 24 hours of the delivery date. Claims after that deadline are not accepted; carrier investigations can take up to 14 days.
For a missing or incorrect item, send photos of the parcel and everything received. We compare these with packing records. A confirmed packing omission is refunded or reshipped; if the records show the full order was packed correctly, no refund or reshipment is provided.

Ask us to change the address or cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is unavailable and the return conditions apply; shipping and return costs are not refundable.
